The Opportunity

Join a visionary brand as the Vice President of Franchise Marketing, where your dynamic, driven, and service-oriented approach will be key to driving revenue growth for the organization. Reporting directly to the company’s President, you’ll develop and streamline innovative growth marketing strategies, focusing on performance channels like digital, direct, data, and social marketing. Your role will involve both relational and transactional marketing, building strong relationships with corporate leadership and entrepreneur.

This role is ideal for someone who has senior marketing experience in a Franchise Model (or company) and is both a strategic thinker and an empathetic leader, ready to drive success and inspire their team!

Position Description

As a sophisticated marketer, you’ll blend data-driven insights with creative execution, embracing strategic thinking and hands-on work. Advocate for brand education, foster innovation, and connect with diverse consumer markets. Your track record in scaling franchise businesses will help achieve ambitious growth goals. This role offers you a genuine stake molding the future of a renowned and industry-leading brand.

Marketing & Growth Objectives:

  • Drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention through innovative direct and data marketing strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align brand strategy and optimize service offerings.
  • Measure and track marketing ROI, ensuring high returns on national and local campaigns.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on local marketing strategies.
  • Enhance customer acquisition and engagement across SEO, SEM, display, mobile, social, and more.
  • Develop new direct mail and email programs, and report performance metrics for actionable insights.

Team Leading and Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams across Direct, Digital, Content, and Data marketing to support corporate growth.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes for predictable and transparent growth.
  • Inspire a collaborative, service-oriented team culture reflecting company values.
  • Ensure consistent brand and marketing messaging with Business Development and Customer Engagement teams.
  • Foster partnerships with key marketing service providers.

Experience

  • 10+ years of franchise marketing experience, focusing on performance marketing.
  • Expertise in building detailed customer segments and driving targeted engagement.
  • Proficient with diverse acquisition channels: email, direct mail, digital, social, radio, and more.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels and cross-channel customer migration.
  • Proven ability to build strong internal relationships and develop future leaders.
  • Appreciation for brands that value quality and customer engagement.
  • Experience in Fund Budgeting and Management.
