This is not a purely strategic role, nor is it purely transactional—it sits in that highly valuable space in between, where your ability to think commercially and execute effectively directly influences growth.

Why this company?

This organization operates within a well-established and highly regarded franchise environment, with a strong reputation for supporting its partners and investing in long-term growth.

Position Description

A Day In The Life

This is a role built around momentum, collaboration, and decision-making.

You begin your day reviewing active real estate initiatives—new locations, lease negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities—prioritizing where your attention will have the greatest impact.

As the day unfolds, you’re working closely with franchise partners and external brokers, evaluating sites, negotiating terms, and ensuring that each decision supports both operational success and long-term growth.

You’re balancing multiple initiatives at once—some strategic, some urgent—all requiring sound judgment and strong communication.

By the end of the day, you’ve advanced key deals, supported stakeholders across the network, and contributed directly to the continued expansion of the business.

Why This Role Is Worth Considering

If you’re currently in a role where:

  • You’re executing transactions but want broader influence
  • You’re juggling deals without a clear connection to overall growth
  • You’re ready for a position that blends autonomy with collaboration

This opportunity offers a more integrated, impactful platform.

Here, your work is not isolated—it’s connected to the success of an entire network.

Work Structure & Flexibility

  • Initial onboarding and training will be conducted on-site to ensure full integration into the business and its operations
  • Following this period, the role is expected to transition into a hybrid work model

This approach ensures you’re fully set up for success before gaining the flexibility that comes with the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate, lease negotiation, or multi-site operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages
  • Strong relationship management skills with brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders
  • Sound business judgment and communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
