A leading and well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and support financial leadership initiatives. This is a key position within a growing organization that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

A competitive compensation package is on offer, consisting of a strong salary of $90,000 to $105,000* and comprehensive benefits.

*The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates who fully meet all requirements and qualifications outlined in this posting and the official job description.

Position Description

Oversee core accounting functions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Supervise and mentor members of the accounting team.
Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and review account reconciliations and monthly financial summaries.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

CPA designation (or near completion) required.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience within a manufacturing or multi-entity business environment is considered an asset.
Proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities.
Able to balance hands-on responsibilities with strategic financial insight.
Committed to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education
