The Opportunity

This is an in office opportunity, with no hybrid or remote potential. An excellent role for a professional looking to join a growing team. Position Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you would be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operational tasks, which ensure a smooth running operation, with a well-supported workforce. You would have support for payroll, benefits and even talent attraction.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 3+ years in supervisory/management role within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Professional HR designation is preferred
Experience in training adult learners and experience with Workday is preferred
Experience managing multiple sites outside of the U.S. is preferred
Solution and results focused with a strong take-action attitude. Initiative is key for success in this position
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated abilities for coaching and counseling managers and employees at all levels
Strong analytical skills and advanced level Excel user with demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective program, policies, processes, and systems
Ability to work in a fast paced, matrix organization yet be a strong relationship builder
Will be a member of the site’s Sr. Staff and must demonstrate HR value in all work-related venues

Education

Professional HR designation is preferred.
