Compensation

$35 to $40 per hour ($75,000 to $84,000 annually)*
Overtime available if you want to boost your income

Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Position Description

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical challenges, and seeing a finished part come off the machine exactly as planned.

You will be part of a team that depends on your precision and craftsmanship to keep production moving and quality standards high.

Run manual lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts
Read blueprints and follow specifications carefully
Measure and confirm tolerances using calipers and gauges
Set up tooling and make adjustments for accurate machining
Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
Assist with assembly tasks when needed to keep production flowing
Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Experience

Hands-on machining experience in a manufacturing setting
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery
Experience measuring and verifying tolerances
Welding skills are a bonus but not required

Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Confidence using precision measuring tools
Basic math skills for machining calculations
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and safety-conscious
