Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a reputation for producing dependable products that customers rely on every day. Their success comes from a practical and disciplined approach: keep production moving, maintain high standards, solve problems properly, and continue improving the way work gets done.
As the business grows, the leadership team is looking to strengthen the reliability of its equipment, facility systems, and day-to-day manufacturing operations. They are seeking a licensed Millwright who can support production, respond to maintenance needs, complete preventative work, troubleshoot issues, and help keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
If you enjoy hands-on work, variety, and being close to the production floor, this opportunity offers a meaningful role in a busy manufacturing environment where skilled tradespeople are genuinely relied upon.
*The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates who fully meet all requirements and qualifications outlined in this posting and the official job description.
This is a strong fit for a Millwright who likes the pace and variety of manufacturing maintenance. The work is not confined to one machine, one type of repair, or one predictable routine. You will be supporting production equipment, facility-related systems, preventative maintenance work, troubleshooting, rebuilds, repairs, and equipment improvements.
The schedule is continental straight nights, 7:00pm to 7:00am. Training is completed on day shift, typically Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, for approximately one month. Additional training time can be accommodated where needed.
For someone who takes pride in keeping a plant running properly, this role offers meaningful daily impact. When equipment is operating well, production flows. When it is not, the maintenance team becomes essential. This position places you at the centre of that reliability.
