The Opportunity

As their new Operations Support – Residential HVAC representative you will benefit from their world class technology and manufacturing, while joining a strong and experienced team with the support your require to excel in this important position.

Position Description

As this industry leader’s Operations Support – Residential HVAC representative, you will showcase your experience with HVAC solutions sales and seasoned business experience. In this important position you will provide support to the residential sales team, leveraging your exceptional time management and organization skills.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activity. This may include stepping in for a warehousing colleague to complete order picking, shipping etc. should they be indisposed
  • Order entry and invoicing of orders and parts
  • Collaborate with head office on project orders, inventory and shipments
  • Consult with warehousing partners and vendors as it pertains to inventory
  • Triage client and colleague needs by urgency
  • Provide residential and light commercial HVAC quotes for contractors, sales teams, and other parties as required
  • Provide assistance to residential and light commercial teams re: parts, technical guidance, and warranty paperwork
  • Respond to customer inquiries, with opportunities for cross and up selling
  • Management of inside sales accounts
  • Provide monthly reports to management

Experience

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience and/or in an operations position with an HVAC manufacturer
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP software
  • Above average mechanical acumen

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP software
  • Knowledge of first aid
  • Safety and forklift training certification

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
