Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s restoration team in Grand Falls, NB. In this dynamic role, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and oversee all aspects of restoration projects from estimation to completion. A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.

  • Lead and supervise restoration project teams to ensure high-quality results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication
  • Prepare detailed project estimates using Xactimate software
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
  • Conduct site inspections and document project progress
  • Resolve issues and proactively address client concerns
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports

Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de projet expérimenté pour se joindre à l’équipe de restauration de notre client à Grand-Sault, au Nouveau-Brunswick. Dans ce rôle dynamique, vous dirigerez des équipes de projet, gérerez les relations avec les clients et superviserez tous les aspects des projets de restauration, de l’estimation à la réalisation. Un véhicule de l’entreprise est fourni pour les déplacements professionnels.

  • Diriger et superviser des équipes de projet de restauration afin d’assurer des résultats de haute qualité.
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients, en maintenant une communication claire et professionnelle.
  • Préparer des estimations de projet détaillées à l’aide du logiciel Xactimate.
  • Coordonner les échéanciers, les ressources et les sous-traitants.
  • S’assurer que les projets sont terminés à temps, dans le respect de la portée et du budget.
  • Effectuer des inspections sur place et documenter l’avancement des projets.
  • Résoudre les problèmes et répondre proactivement aux préoccupations des clients.
  • Tenir des dossiers et des rapports de projet précis.

Experience

Proven experience in restoration project management or a related field.

Expérience avérée en gestion de projets de restauration ou dans un domaine connexe.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proficient in Xactimate software
  • Bilingual (French and English) and in particular, local French language skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
