Position Description

The Quality Manager’s primary responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes.  This capable individual excels at root cause analysis, has experience in development and sustainment of manufacturing quality processes, has a proven record of being an exceptional leader who values ground up approach, and is fully committed to driving continuous improvement throughout the company. You will be accountable for development, maintenance and execution of strategic short and long-term quality plans.

Experience

Prior automotive manufacturing experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, or related discipline
  • ASQ Quality Engineer Certification
  • Automotive manufacturing
  • Extensive leadership and development skills

Education

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, or related discipline.
