This is a key member of the operations support team and has a wide range of communication and influence points within and outside of the company. This is a role that directly contributes to the success of our client’s franchise partners and your contribution will be appreciated by both the management team as well as the franchisees that you will be supporting.
Location Note: A hybrid model may be possible in the future, but regular attendance at the Dallas office is required presently.
This role is directly responsible for working with the franchisees in new site openings, expansion efforts, resales and lease agreements. You will work with and develop our client’s network of real estate brokers across the country. In addition, the role includes communications with new and existing franchisees dealing with lease agreements and renewals to not only get the best deal possible but to understand the elements of the lease itself.
