We do NOT use artificial intelligence to screen, rank or select candidates. The merits of every single application will be judged by a human. AI may be used to craft correspondence or write a job posting but never in the decision making as to candidate suitability.
John has filled numerous roles for me over the years, and no matter how much he has going on he’s always up for the challenge of recruiting for a new role. One thing that’s refreshing about him is his positive attitude and friendly nature. He always takes the time to perform an in depth search of the market and submits candidates that are suited to your business. I look forward to working with John for many years to come.
