Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives (commensurate with experience).

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth technology organization in a key regional commercial role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving market expansion and revenue growth across the Middle East region.

This position is suited for a commercially driven sales professional with strong experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments, particularly within logistics or supply chain ecosystems.

Position Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership across the assigned territory, with a focus on new business acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion.

The role requires a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, understand complex operational environments, and position technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You will act as a key driver of regional growth by building a strong sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, and ensuring successful closure of strategic deals.

  • Drive regional revenue growth across the assigned territory
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to structure winning proposals
  • Lead customer engagement efforts and promote adoption of solutions
  • Act as the primary lead for RFI/RFP processes and solution positioning
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities to expand customer base
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a hunting sales role with strong business development focus
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solution sales
  • Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
