Our client is a leading Asset and Property Management firm with commercial, residential and condo portfolios consisting of over $1.5 Billion dollars. They are in continual growth mode and are looking to add a Senior Property Accountant to their growing team. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the organization. As such this is a role with succession planning and growth opportunities.
They are looking for an innovative, and dynamic individual with the right personality and drive. They are looking for an assertive individual, while at the same time this person must have the willingness to learn and be moldable in order to grow throughout their career with this organization. This organization is led by a team of “outside the box thinkers,” and as such, they need a transformational leader in finance…not just a transactional leader.
