Director of Franchise Support

Our client is a leader in their franchise vertical in home services. Established over 20 years, they have been doubling sales every five years with over 500 Franchises currently, and there is a bright future ahead of them. Compensation

$90,000 – $110,000 base salary, plus bonus, benefits and business tools.

The Opportunity

There is a great team of franchisees looking forward to a new Director of Franchise Operations Support, as their business continues to grow!

Position Description

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all of the franchisees in the designated region. You will be the communication interface; including technical training, sales systems, and operations and technical support. Your main role is as coach and mentor to encourage the individual franchisees toward success.

NOTE: This is a remote position. You can be located anywhere in the northeastern United States.

Experience

  • 5+ years in franchise support with clear success results
  • A very strong capacity to relate to the challenges of a franchisee and experience encouraging them to develop the necessary skills
  • Specific experience working with franchisees to transition into business owners who can go to market and successfully promote their new business. You help them learn to “sell”
  • Familiarity with franchise agreements, compliance and measurements
  • To develop confidence, competence, brand experience knowledge and brand trust in new franchisees.

Note: This role is not immediately suitable for people with Restaurant and QSR experience.

Education

Business Degree preferred
