$90,000 – $110,000 base salary, plus bonus, benefits and business tools.
There is a great team of franchisees looking forward to a new Director of Franchise Operations Support, as their business continues to grow!
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all of the franchisees in the designated region. You will be the communication interface; including technical training, sales systems, and operations and technical support. Your main role is as coach and mentor to encourage the individual franchisees toward success.
NOTE: This is a remote position. You can be located anywhere in the northeastern United States.
Note: This role is not immediately suitable for people with Restaurant and QSR experience.
