$55,000 – $60,000
We are looking for a Senior Property Administrator with extensive condominium portfolio administration experience. This is a centralized role, where the successful candidate will work out of head office to support a few portfolio condo managers with all administrative responsibilities. There is also a small rental portfolio that the Property Administrator will provide support with.
The great thing about being in a centralized position is that there are opportunities to develop your skills as you are exposed to a vast array of challenges when working out of a corporate head office, creating learning opportunities. This role also comes with a lot of support as the Property Managers, A/R and A/P personnel take on a lot of the administrative work that a typical Property Administrator would.
In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Magda Salem, B.Sc
Magda is our Construction Division Manager. Minus the hard hat and steel toed boots, she is a true industry expert! Working with General Contractors, Trades, Owners, Engineers, Architects, Consulting firms, Developers and Landlords, she is able to talk the talk, allowing her to build trust, confidence and stronger relationships and credibility with clients and candidates alike.
This is a critical role within the organization and, following the recruitment and selection process, the selected candidate should expect to receive an offer promptly.
We do NOT use artificial intelligence to screen, rank or select candidates. The merits of every single application will be judged by a human. AI may be used to craft correspondence or write a job posting but never in the decision making as to candidate suitability.
It was such a pleasurable and rewarding experience working with Patrick. From the moment he reached out to discuss the position, I felt he had my best interest in mind.
The job search can be very stressful, and sometimes even qualified candidates can be intimidated and lose confidence. My previous experience with recruiters wasn’t pleasant. Most just search for matching words in your resume and rarely invest time to understand your skills and knowledge and quickly disappear with no updates.
Patrick was very professional, he kept me informed during all the steps of the interview process and provided feedback. He took his time to learn about the position and my professional experience and coached me before the interview to ensure the best outcome. As a result, I am so happy with my new job and would highly recommend working with Patrick for your next career move or if you are searching for that perfect candidate!
