Compensation

The Opportunity

Our client seeks a Training & Communications Coordinator for a 12-14 month contract with the potential for this opportunity to transition into a permanent, long-term role. This fully remote position is open to candidates across the U.S., with a preference for those in the Raleigh, NC area (though not required).

Position Description

  • Support the execution of training programs by managing training schedules, materials, and logistics.
  • Maintain and update the learning management system with training content, tracking learner progress and generating reports.
  • Develop and publish internal communications via email, intranet posts, and training updates to engage franchisees and staff.
  • Design and update intranet pages to ensure franchise business owners have access to training schedules and resources.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination for their podcast, ensuring timely content creation and distribution.
  • Collaborate with trainers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless training delivery and communication.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, internal communications, or learning management systems preferred.
  • Exposure to working in a business, education, or corporate training environment.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, graphic design (Canva or similar), and video editing is an asset.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn and manage internal systems such as learning management systems, intranet platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional, engaging content.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
