Company Description

Our client is a leading corporation in the Franchise industry. Located near the Toronto/Mississauga border they service over 500 Franchisees across North America. They are a respected and very professional team who take pride in providing an industry leading training program.

Compensation

The salary range is $48,000 – $57,000 plus benefits.

The Opportunity

You will be an important part of the training team. This will provide an opportunity to grow within the team and learn their culture and processes as you grow. This is a very good career opportunity as well as the place to highlight your Organizational and communication skills.

Position Description

The best word to use to describe the role is “Coordinator”. You will be the key to success as you keep the many details of the process working like a Swiss Watch. You have strong organizational and administrative skills coupled with a friendly and patient communication approach

Experience

  • Excellent organization and Scheduling experience
  • Client or customer communication experience
  • Maintain the LMS systems by recording training sessions, progress, and attendance sheets
  • Prepare and send templated communications and ad hoc communications to clients and stakeholders across the organization
  • Support trainers to ensure the smooth running of all courses
  • Surprise and delight our clients through coordinating online gifts and deliveries
  • Prepare reports on training activities and results
  • Self-driven with a proactive nature and a problem-solving mindset
  • A strong team player

 

Education

Business degree preferred.
