Our Client is an ever-expanding company, providing services into the Real Estate market. As Franchisors, they provide the tools for success to their Franchisees across North America. Their Corporate team is looking to grow with this role, giving you the opportunity to join a dynamic company, at a pivotal time in their growth.

The Opportunity

This is a unique role where you will have the ability to move the needle on training and communication initiatives that affect the real-life success of our franchises and staff. The role is a pragmatic combination of content creation for learning and development initiatives and communication strategies. You will have a chance to work with the Director to build new ways of learning and communicating with teams and franchisees throughout the organization. Our client is at an exciting time in their growth and want to get deeper into the world of online learning, micro learning, podcasting, virtual training, collaborative communications and so much more.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field, Adult Education, and/or Instructional Design
  • 2+ years of recent and relevant instructional design experience and learning technology support experience; including designing and developing learning solutions in a range of delivery formats
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic audio) and other training materials
  • Ability to apply adult learning experience and principles to company-wide communication mediums such as weekly newsletter, podcasting, business portal
  • Professional experience using e-learning software (Articulate, Captivate or similar)
  • Working understanding of web and media design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS).
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Docebo LMS platform experience preferred
  • Constant Contact or other similar communication tool experience preferred
  • A desire and proven ability to inspire, educate, persuade, entertain and inform learners and users
  • A high degree of independence, organization, time management, and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field, Adult Education, and/or Instructional Design
