This is a unique role where you will have the ability to move the needle on training and communication initiatives that affect the real-life success of our franchises and staff. The role is a pragmatic combination of content creation for learning and development initiatives and communication strategies. You will have a chance to work with the Director to build new ways of learning and communicating with teams and franchisees throughout the organization. Our client is at an exciting time in their growth and want to get deeper into the world of online learning, micro learning, podcasting, virtual training, collaborative communications and so much more.
