The position has full financial oversight for processes and systems, and keeps the team focused and balanced with a comprehensive financial plan. You will work with our local and remote management teams to ensure system accuracy and compliance. You will also be a coach and mentor to our leadership team from the finance point of view.
In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have to:
• Develop, implement and maintain internal controls, internal audit and reporting procedures
• Plan, direct and coordinate the company’s budgeting process, working across departments to gather and validate budget submissions
• Prepare and communicate consolidated budget, perform forecasting including cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Complete financial statement analysis and sensitivity analysis
• Provide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risks and opportunities
• Provide reporting to executive leadership team on key performance indicators and recommended corrective action
• Responsible for the development of KPIs and other business metrics
• Participate in and provide recommendations for major financial decisions regarding the organization
• CPA CA designation
• 10-15 years progressive experience with + 4 in a leadership capacity
• Experience in change management and process improvement
• Strategic budgeting and forecasting experience
Financial Designation CPA or CA minimum MBA would be a good addition.
