The Opportunity

This is an in office opportunity, with no hybrid or remote potential. An excellent role for a professional looking to join a growing team. Position Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you would be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operational tasks, which ensure a smooth running operation, with a well-supported workforce. You would have support for payroll, benefits and even talent attraction.

Experience

10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 3+ years in supervisory/management role within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional HR designation is preferred
  • Experience in training adult learners and experience with Workday is preferred
  • Experience managing multiple sites outside of the U.S. is preferred
  • Solution and results focused with a strong take-action attitude. Initiative is key for success in this position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated abilities for coaching and counseling managers and employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced level Excel user with demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective program, policies, processes, and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, matrix organization yet be a strong relationship builder
  • Will be a member of the site’s Sr. Staff and must demonstrate HR value in all work-related venues

Education

Professional HR designation is preferred.
