The Opportunity

Position Description

  • Monitoring and maintaining legislation compliance
  • Daily review of drivers logs
  • Ongoing review of MTO legislation, maintaining all audit paperwork,
  • Scheduling all required drug tests for drivers
  • Provides dispatch support, clearing all backhaul shipments, maintaining and updating dispatch spreadsheets, and real time tracking of pickups and deliveries
  • Responsible for customs clearance paperwork (ACI, PARS)
  • Scheduling delivery appointments
  • Assisting with assigning routes for drivers
  • Administration duties such as processing all licensing renewals and registrations, scheduling truck/ trailer maintenance, and maintaining all operational driver files and truck/trailer files.

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

Experience with Excel, Loadlink and ERP systems

Education

Education related to logistics or supply chain would be an asset
