Our client is a large, national asset firm with Residential and Commercial properties across Canada. They are well-established with a portfolio of premium properties. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in overseeing all minor maintenance repairs for a portfolio in the Hamilton Region. Our client has a solid reputation for success and credibility. $50,000 – $55,000 base salary + other generous compensation perks, creating a comprehensive compensation package.
We are looking for a dedicated, honest, fast paced, hardworking Maintenance Technician with the proven ability to work with a team of maintenance technicians/handymen, in overseeing a portfolio in Hamilton. A suitable candidate would be someone with a customer service mindset and the ability to effectively manage the day-to-day maintenance requests in priority sequence to ensure the safety and functionality of the properties on an on-going basis.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
A technical trade certificate or any post-secondary education in construction and maintenance would be a strong asset.
