Our client is a well-established property management company with over 50 years of history and success. They are looking for a “Live-In” Superintendent or Resident Manager Team to join their organization in a highly sought after neighborhood in the GTA.

Compensation

$60,000 – $65,000 plus accommodations and additional perks (combined couple salary).

Position Description

In this role, you will be responsible for property maintenance including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and showing of vacant suites.

As the successful candidates, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
Responsible for building maintenance and repairs
Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
Respond to afterhours emergencies
All administrative duties as required
Showing of vacant suites as required

Experience

In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

Experience as a “Live-In” Building Manager Team within High Rise residential
Strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet
