Compensation

A competitive compensation and total rewards program is on offer, consisting of a strong base salary of $75,000 to $80,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager (Hybrid) to lead and enhance the end-to-end supply chain operations for finished goods and raw materials. This pivotal role partners closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership, serving as the key advisor on supply chain performance.

In this important position, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business goals.

  • Manage the supply chain for both finished goods and raw materials, from source to delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct in-depth supply chain analysis using diverse data sources to identify trends, assess performance, and drive actionable insights.
  • Lead raw material and finished goods forecasting efforts to support accurate demand planning and procurement strategies.
    Provide well-informed purchasing recommendations that align with operational needs and cost-efficiency goals.
  • Mentor and train key team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Recommend and implement supply chain improvements, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Work with various departments to drive supply chain projects to completion, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
  • Prepare required reports and documentation to ensure transparency and effective decision-making.

Experience

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supply chain, logistics, or similar role.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with related SAP functionality and EDI software is preferred.
  • Strong capability in analyzing complex data sets to drive decisions, solve problems, and identify operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively address and resolve issues.
  • Proven ability to foster productive relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, concise information to diverse stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
