Magda Salem, B.Sc
Magda is our Construction Division Manager. Minus the hard hat and steel toed boots, she is a true industry expert! Working with General Contractors, Trades, Owners, Engineers, Architects, Consulting firms, Developers and Landlords, she is able to talk the talk, allowing her to build trust, confidence and stronger relationships and credibility with clients and candidates alike.
This is a critical role within the organization and, following the recruitment and selection process, the selected candidate should expect to receive an offer promptly.
We do NOT use artificial intelligence to screen, rank or select candidates. The merits of every single application will be judged by a human. AI may be used to craft correspondence or write a job posting but never in the decision making as to candidate suitability.
Deborah is one of my most respected colleagues. We have partnered together on a number of searches over the years and I trust her to the fullest! She is highly professional, energetic and straight forward. If she commits to something, she delivers. It’s wonderful to have partners across the border and we’ve been able to connect well on searches both in Canada and the US. I consider her both a partner and a friend and highly recommend her.
