Our client is one of the largest and, fastest growing residential owner and operators with strong national presence in Canada. With over $10 billion dollars in assets, they are currently seeking a Single Live-In Superintendent, Building Manager or Resident Manager to join their team. We are looking to secure live-ins for a number of positions in the GTA, Hamilton, Oakville, Guelph and Windsor areas. In these roles, you will be mainly responsible for property maintenance including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and cleaning duties to ensure the community is well maintained and in presentable order on a daily basis. Some administration and leasing tasks may be required in some of these roles.
