Our client is a well established property management company with over 50 years of history and success. They are looking for a “Live-In” Superintendent or Resident Manager Team to join their organization in a highly sought after neighborhood in the GTA.
$50,000/year, plus accommodations.

In this role, you will be responsible for property maintenance including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and showing of vacant suites.
