Their work spans service, maintenance, installation, retrofits, controls, heating, cooling, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across a range of commercial and industrial environments. $80,000 to $120,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus earning potential with no ceiling, plus a very comprehensive benefits package.
